In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

2.1 These Terms & Conditions, together with the pub778 Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific game or promotion rules published on the Platform, constitute the complete and binding agreement between you and pub778.

2.2 By completing the registration process on pub778 and clicking the acceptance checkbox, you confirm that:

• You have read these Terms & Conditions in full;

2.3 pub778 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 15. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

3.3 Identity Verification. pub778 conducts KYC verification on all accounts prior to processing any withdrawal. 3.4 Consequences of Ineligibility. If pub778 determines at any time that you do not meet the eligibility requirements — including the 21-year age requirement — pub778 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all pending bets and winnings, and retain any account balance pending regulatory reporting obligations. Real-money deposits may be returned at pub778's discretion minus any amounts already wagered.

3.5 Single Account. Each player is permitted to hold only one active pub778 account. Operating multiple accounts on pub778, whether in your own name or under different identities, is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

4.1 To access real-money games on pub778, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account.

4.6 pub778 reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or close any account at its discretion, including where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, identity misrepresentation, or a breach of these Terms.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. pub778 currently accepts the following payment methods for Philippine Peso (PHP) transactions: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT (TRC20 blockchain), and 7-Eleven over-the-counter. Available methods may change and the current list is displayed in the pub778 Cashier.

5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum single deposit at pub778 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed.

5.3 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal from pub778 is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing Times. pub778 targets the following processing windows: GCash and PayMaya — 5 to 15 minutes; BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other bank transfers — up to 2 business hours; USDT — subject to blockchain confirmation times. These timeframes apply under normal operating conditions. Processing may be delayed during system maintenance, regulatory review periods, or high-volume periods such as Philippine public holidays.

5.5 KYC Requirement. pub778 is required under PAGCOR regulations to verify player identity before processing any withdrawal. Players who have not completed KYC verification will not be able to withdraw funds until the required documents are submitted and approved.

5.6 Withdrawal Method Consistency. To comply with anti-money laundering requirements, pub778 generally requires withdrawals to be made to the same payment method used for deposits. pub778 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify the source of funds.

5.7 Currency. All transactions on pub778 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified for USDT transactions, which are processed at prevailing exchange rates at the time of transaction.

5.8 Declined Transactions. pub778 is not responsible for deposits declined or delayed by your bank or payment provider. Fees charged by your bank or payment provider are separate from pub778's platform and are your responsibility.

6.1 All games available on pub778 use independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or involve live human dealers operating in real-time. Game outcomes are determined by the RNG or by the real-world results of live dealer games and are not influenced by pub778 after the betting window closes.

6.2 Specific rules governing individual games — including bet limits, payout structures, and game mechanics — are displayed within each game on the Platform. Players are responsible for reviewing game-specific rules before wagering.

6.3 Sports betting markets and virtual sports results are settled according to the official results of the relevant event or the RNG outcome, respectively. pub778 publishes settlement rules for each betting market.

6.4 In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game, pub778 will apply its Game Integrity Policy to determine the appropriate resolution. Decisions made under the Game Integrity Policy are final.

6.5 pub778 reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on incorrect odds, or placed in circumstances where a technical error affected the bet process. Voided bets will be returned to your pub778 wallet balance.

6.6 The minimum and maximum bet limits for all games are displayed within the game interface. pub778 may adjust these limits at any time without prior notice.

7.1 pub778 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time the bonus is offered, including but not limited to: wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, minimum deposit requirements, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus winnings.

7.2 Unless specifically stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered at least the number of times stated in the promotion terms before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn.

7.3 pub778 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time, including in response to evidence of bonus abuse.

7.4 Bonus Abuse. Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses, using betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or engaging in any other conduct constituting bonus abuse will result in forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, account suspension, and may result in permanent account closure.

7.5 Players who have opted to self-exclude under pub778's Responsible Gaming tools are not eligible to receive or use bonus offers during the exclusion period.

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pub778 platform:

• Using automated software, bots, or any script to interact with the Platform or place bets;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors for personal gain;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain unfair advantage in any game;
• Using information obtained through third parties, data feeds, or unreleased live event information to gain an unfair advantage in sports betting;
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to disguise the proceeds of unlawful conduct through the pub778 platform;
• Registering multiple accounts, whether in your own name or using false identities;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the pub778 platform, its servers, or other players' use of the service.

8.2 pub778 actively monitors gameplay for prohibited conduct using automated systems and manual review. Accounts suspected of engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately pending investigation. pub778's determination following investigation is final.

9.1 All content on the pub778 platform — including but not limited to the pub778 brand name, logo, game interfaces, website design, text, graphics, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of pub778 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

9.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without express written consent from pub778.

10.1 The pub778 Platform and all games are provided on an "as is" basis. pub778 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform.

10.2 To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, pub778 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of gaming opportunity caused by system downtime.

10.3 pub778's total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total real-money deposits made by you to your pub778 account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10.4 Nothing in these Terms limits pub778's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

11.1 pub778 collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is available at pub778.cam/privacy-policy.

11.2 By registering on pub778, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (if opted in).

11.3 pub778 implements industry-standard security measures — including 256-bit SSL encryption and access controls — to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or loss.

12.1 pub778 is committed to promoting responsible gaming in compliance with PAGCOR guidelines. pub778 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps;
• Loss Limits — Daily, weekly, and monthly loss limits;

13.1 pub778 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your bank or payment provider;
• A request from a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency;
• Your account being made inactive for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

13.2 Where your account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pub778 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to report the conduct to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine authorities.

13.3 You may close your pub778 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of voluntary account closure (subject to completed KYC and no outstanding bonus wagering obligations) will be refunded via your registered payment method.

14.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including applicable PAGCOR regulations and directives.

14.2 In the event of a dispute, you are encouraged to first contact the pub778 customer support team to seek an informal resolution. pub778 will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aims to resolve all complaints within 7 business days.

14.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved through pub778's internal process, you may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's relevant regulatory body in accordance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations.

14.4 Any formal legal proceedings arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.1 pub778 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Amendments may be made to reflect changes in PAGCOR regulations, Philippine law, pub778's operational procedures, payment methods, or game offerings.

15.2 When material amendments are made, pub778 will notify registered players via email to their registered address and/or via a notice displayed on the Platform. The effective date of any amendment will be clearly stated.

15.3 Your continued use of the pub778 Platform after the stated effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.3.
