Our Story
pub778 was founded with one eye on the Philippine gaming landscape and another on what Filipino players were not getting from the platforms available to them at the time. The country's gaming culture is rich — sabong in the provinces, bingo halls along Quezon Avenue, arcade centers in malls from Cebu to Davao, PAGCOR Entertainment City in Manila. Gaming is part of Filipino daily life in a way that's distinct from almost anywhere else in Southeast Asia.
What was missing was a credible online version of that experience. Many platforms catering to Filipino players were either offshore operations with no Philippine regulatory footing, single-product apps with a limited game library, or desktop-first sites that ran poorly on the mid-range Android phones that most Filipinos actually use. pub778 was built to close that gap.
The pub778 team knew from day one that PAGCOR registration wasn't optional — it was the foundation. Operating within PAGCOR's framework means regular audits, game fairness certifications, financial transaction oversight, and age verification compliance. It's more work than running an unregulated platform, but it's the only way to build a casino that Filipino players can actually trust with their money and their time.
From that foundation, the pub778 platform grew steadily. The game library expanded from a focused starting selection to over 500 titles spanning slots, live dealer casino games, Dragon Tiger, bingo, sports betting covering PBA, NBA, and international football, virtual sports, and sabong. The payment infrastructure was built around the channels Filipinos actually use — GCash, PayMaya, BDO, BPI, and Metrobank — with withdrawal times that are measured in minutes, not days.
Today, pub778 serves players in Metro Manila, Cebu, Davao, Cagayan de Oro, Iloilo, and provincial areas across every major island group in the Philippines. The platform is mobile-first and optimized for the actual device and connection conditions of the Filipino market — not the broadband ideal of a developer sitting in a data center, but the real-world experience of a player in Cebu on a standard mobile data connection.
pub778 Milestones
Platform development begins with a focused mission: build the best online casino for Filipino players, registered under PAGCOR from day one.
pub778 completes PAGCOR registration and launches to the Philippine market with slots, live dealer games, and sports betting. GCash and PayMaya integrations go live at launch.
The pub778 game library expands with dedicated bingo rooms, Dragon Tiger live tables, and online sabong — three game types with deep cultural resonance for Filipino players.
pub778 rebuilds its mobile interface from the ground up, optimizing load times and game performance for mid-range Android devices on Philippine mobile data connections.
The game library crosses 500 titles. Virtual sports launches — giving players 24/7 betting action on RNG-powered football, basketball, and racing events every 3 to 5 minutes.
pub778 continues expanding its provider partnerships, responsible gaming tools, loyalty program benefits, and 24/7 Filipino customer support capabilities.
What pub778 Stands For
Six principles that guide every decision we make — from product development to customer support to responsible gaming.
pub778 operates within the full PAGCOR regulatory framework — not as a technicality, but as a commitment. Every game, every transaction, and every player account is subject to PAGCOR oversight. This is non-negotiable for us because it's the foundation of every player's trust.
Most Filipino players access pub778 on a smartphone, often on mobile data. Our platform is engineered to perform well on mid-range Android devices and typical Philippine LTE connections — fast load times, responsive controls, and efficient data usage in every game session.
GCash and PayMaya are not afterthoughts at pub778 — they are primary payment channels. Deposits arrive in seconds and GCash withdrawals complete in 5 to 15 minutes, any time of day. BDO, BPI, Metrobank, and USDT are also fully supported for players who prefer bank transfers or crypto.
Every game in the pub778 library uses independently certified RNG (Random Number Generation) systems. The outcome of every slot spin, card deal, and dice roll is determined by cryptographically secure randomness — not by the house adjusting results based on player behavior or session size.
pub778's customer support team is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and operates in English on Philippine Standard Time. Whether you have a cashier question at 2am in Manila or a game query during a long weekend, the pub778 support team is there and responds fast.
pub778 treats responsible gaming as a platform feature, not a compliance footnote. Deposit limits, session timers, loss limits, reality checks, and self-exclusion are accessible directly from your account settings — no support ticket required, no waiting period to activate. They're there the moment you need them.
Our Core Values
These aren't statements written for a website. They're the actual criteria pub778 uses when making decisions about the platform, its features, and how it treats players.
Transparency
pub778 publishes RTP percentages for every slot, explains how odds work in sports betting, and makes game rules available before any peso is wagered. Players deserve to know exactly what they're getting into.
Community
pub778 is a platform for Filipino players, built by people who understand the Philippine gaming culture — from Manila's competitive bingo halls to Davao's cockfighting tradition. That understanding shapes every product decision we make.
Security
Every account, every transaction, and every piece of player data at pub778 is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption, two-factor authentication options, and PAGCOR-mandated KYC verification. Your money and your personal information are safe here.
Continuous Improvement
pub778 releases platform updates regularly — new games, performance improvements, expanded payment options, and better responsible gaming tools. Player feedback directly influences the roadmap. If something isn't working for Filipino players, we fix it.
Our Commitment to Responsible Gaming
pub778 takes its responsibilities as a PAGCOR-registered platform seriously. Part of that responsibility is ensuring that gambling remains entertainment — not a source of financial stress or personal harm for our players.
Under PAGCOR regulations and pub778's own standards, all players must be 21 years of age or older. This age limit is strictly enforced through KYC identity verification before any withdrawal is processed. Underage access to pub778 is prohibited and actively monitored.

The pub778 Platform — A Complete Picture
Understanding pub778 is easier when you see the full scope of what's available from a single account. One login, one wallet, one platform — covering every major form of online gaming that Filipino players want.
The pub778 slot library is the largest section of the platform — over 500 titles from certified providers including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, NetEnt, and more. Games range from simple 3-reel classic machines to 6-reel Megaways engines with up to 117,649 ways to win. Progressive jackpots currently exceed ₱12 million in the top pool. Every game's RTP is published in the game info panel — pub778 doesn't hide that information.
The live dealer section runs 24/7 with professional dealers streamed from dedicated studios. Filipino players will find Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Sic Bo, Dragon Tiger, and Speed Baccarat formats available at all stake levels. These are real human dealers conducting real games in real-time — the closest online equivalent to sitting at a table in a PAGCOR land-based casino.
Sports betting at pub778 covers the events that matter to Filipino fans — PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) gets full pre-match and live in-play coverage, along with NBA, UFC, Premier League, boxing featuring Filipino fighters, and e-sports. Virtual sports fills the gaps between live events, launching new RNG-powered football, basketball, and racing simulations every 3 to 5 minutes around the clock.
Bingo at pub778 has become one of the platform's most active communities. Twelve or more rooms operate simultaneously across 75-ball, 90-ball, speed bingo, and VIP formats. Progressive bingo prize pools can reach ₱500,000 in the top room. For players coming from the physical bingo culture of the Philippines — Saturday morning bingo in barangay halls, mall bingo events on holidays — the pub778 bingo experience will feel instantly familiar.
Sabong at pub778 brings traditional Filipino cockfighting derbies to any screen. Live streams, real-time Meron/Wala betting, and event schedules covering derbies from across the Philippines are available to registered players. It's a format with centuries of cultural history in the Philippines, now accessible through a PAGCOR-registered platform.
